Meet Our Team

General Manager Kris Klinkbeil Jr.    A Rochester, NY native who holds a degree in hotel and restaurant management from Paul Smiths College. He began his career at The Country Club of Rochester and has managed restaurants in some of the top clubs in the nation, most recently John's Island Club in Vero Beach, Florida. Despite the beautiful weather in Florida, Kris missed Rochester and decided to return home to be closer to family (and Buffalo Bills games). Downtown Rochester’s revitalization is especially exciting to Kris, and he's happy to be a part of that at Bar Bantam.
